Alfredium, the butler in a tuxedo and top hat, holding a phone
Let me show you around.

How it works. No magic, no guessing.

Alfredium does what a good support agent does: reads the whole ticket, checks the order and writes a reply. The difference is that he takes seconds – and nothing goes out before it's been checked.

One ticket, start to finish

1

Reads the whole ticket

Not just the last message. The whole thread and everything the customer wrote before – so he knows what's already been promised.

2

Looks up your facts

The order, the tracking and your rulebook for returns, shipping and warranty. The reply is built on what's actually there.

3

Writes the reply

In the customer's language, in your tone, from the right sender. A real answer – not a template with gaps.

4

Gets checked before it goes out

A separate check reads the reply against the sources. If anything doesn't hold up, the ticket stops and one of us looks at it.

What our engine room looks like

Everything Alfredium does is collected in one overview for our team. Before we press send, we see which facts he found, where in the sources they are, and what he wants to reply. We monitor and fine-tune, so your inbox is always safe.

  • SendThe reply goes out from your own inbox, in your name.
  • EditWe fix the text. It's checked again before it can be sent.
  • Lock ticketThe ticket goes straight to you. Nobody else touches it.
  • Re-checkIf something has changed, he looks everything up again.

Press Send on the card: the email goes out and the ticket is closed. If the text has changed since the page was built, sending is stopped automatically.

How we phase in the automation for you

Phase 1 · start-up

Alfredium writes. We press send.

Nothing reaches your customers before one of us has checked and approved the reply. You don't lift a finger while we quality-check the setup.

Phase 2 · at least 95% right

Alfredium sends the easy ones automatically.

Now the queue empties fast. “Where's my parcel?” and “how do I return this?” go out right away. Tickets that need judgement, we still check ourselves.

Money tickets

You approve, Alfredium carries it out.

Refunds, credits and cancellations are carried out in your systems by Alfredium. A money ticket still always starts with a person with the right access, who approves before any money moves. Only once Alfredium knows the rule with certainty does it go like any other ticket.

The safety net under every reply

Only your facts

If he can't find the answer in your sources, he says so instead of guessing.

Checked before sending

Every reply is checked against the sources before it can be sent. If someone edits it, it's checked again.

Money always starts with an approval

Alfredium carries out the refund or credit itself, but only after a person with the right access has approved it. Once it knows the rule with certainty, the money ticket is handled like any other.

Your data stays in the EU

The server is in Helsinki. Your customer data is only used for your replies and is never shared with other clients.

Every night

Alfredium gets smarter with every ticket he solves

At night, he reads the tickets that were solved the day before. Next time a similar question comes in, he knows how it was solved – and answers the same way.

How to get started

You'll usually see the first finished replies within a few days.

  1. We connectWe connect Alfredium to your inbox – whether you use Freshdesk, Gorgias, Gmail, Shopify or a completely different system. There's nothing technical for you to do, and you don't switch any systems.
  2. We build the rulebookWe go through your store and set up the rules for returns, shipping and tone of voice. You take a quick look and give a thumbs up.
  3. Alfredium learns from your historyAlfredium reads through your past tickets. That's how he learns the way you usually solve things – without you building templates.
  4. Shadow testing in the backgroundAlfredium writes finished replies to new tickets, but nothing is sent. We check that the quality holds before we move on.
  5. We take over the queueWe switch the system on. From then on the regular queue empties itself. Tickets that hit the stop rules or need judgement are put in front of a human. Money tickets are prepared and carried out once a person with the right access has approved them.
